Argenis Mendez started off his pro career aged 20 and currently has a record of 23-5-1. Mendez now looks to build on the experience gained in his first 30 fights. Early Career

Mendez's technical boxing ability was put to the test as he got outpointed in the 8 round fight against the better man. Mendez went into his next career fight with a record of 22-3-1 and took this to 23 wins with a win against Miguel Vazquez on October 6th, 2015. Vazquez was a great challenge for Mendez, losing over the full 10 round distance and crowning Mendez as the 5th person to have defeated Vazquez.

Robert Easter jr. was next in line for Mendez where unfortunately, he was defeated on April 1st, 2016 taking his record to 23-4-1. Easter jr. Was a fight too far for Mendez and after a rough fight Easter jr. Became the first person to stop Mendez in round 5.
