Early Career

Staritng his career off in tremendous fashion in July 2003, Mitchell became the 10th quickest fighter to have ever stopped Stevie Quinn. The fight ended in round 1 via KO stoppage. Following his debut, Mitchell had an impressive start to his career as he went on to win his next 22 fights including 3 times in 2003, 9 times in 2004 and 10 times through 2005 and 2006 against the likes of Kirkor Kirkorov, Andrei Isaeu and Mohammed Medjadji.

The first defeat of Mitchell's career came against Michael Katsidis on May 15th, 2010. This took his career record to 31-1-0. Katsidis was a push too far for Mitchell and after a tough fight Katsidis became the first person to beat and stop Mitchell in round 3.

Fights against Karim El ouazghari, Mikheil Avakyani, Marco Lopez and 1 other followed where he won all 4 fights taking his winning streak to 37 wins.

Mitchell went into his next career fight with a record of 37-2-0 and took this to 38 wins with a win against Ghislain Maduma on May 31st, 2014. Mitchell was the first person to stop Ghislain Maduma and he did it in the 11th round via TKO. Mitchell's wins continued and went from 38 wins to 39 after he then defeated Daniel Estrada.
