Taking the leap into the pro game, Sandoval turned over on March 2008 and has since build up experience against 13 opponents to date. Although not having it all his own way (1 losses), Sandoval now looks to improve on his 12 win count after last facing on November 8th, 2018. He started his best winning streak on March 2008 however, this came to an end on March 2011. In this period he won a total of 8 fights.
Getting rid of his debut fight nerves early, Sandoval took on Gregorio Cortez in March 2008 and claimed a stoppage victory (round 3, TKO). Sandoval was the first person to have ever stopped Cortez. Maintaining a successful start proved easy for Sandoval with a further 7 wins, beating boxers such as Felipe Acosta, Gregorio Cortez and Guillermo Vara.
The first defeat of Sandoval's career came against Jose Cayetano on July 2nd, 2011. This took his career record to 8-1-0. Sandoval faced the first defeat of his career against Jose Cayetano in the 3rd round of a 6 round fight via TKO. Sandoval fought boxers including Jesus Olea and Israel Rojas and he went on to win another 2 fights.
On November 16th, 2012, Sandoval went into action again and beat Alem Robles taking the winning record to 11 wins. Sandoval's UD win against Alem Robles came via judges decision of a 4 round fight. Sandoval became the 3rd person to defeat Robles and secured a great win.
In Sandoval's most recent fight, Oscar Conde was handed a beating by Sandoval on April 6th, 2013 to ensure his win record increased further again to 12 wins. Ending via TKO, Sandoval became the 2nd fighter to stop Conde. The defeat came in the 6th round of a 8 round fight.
