Ghvamichava then went on to win his next fight against Samuel Santana.
On July 13th, 2013, Ghvamichava took on and was defeated by Alberto Herrera in his first career defeat meaning his career tally went to 10-1-0. Coming into the fight with high confidence Ghvamichava fought his next fight against Alberto Herrera on July 13th, 2013. Unfortunately, Ghvamichava was outclassed and lost the decision on the judges scorecards taking his record to 10-1-0. 3 wins followed where Ghvamichava went on to fight Victor Fonseca and Chris Singleton amongst others, prolonging his win streak.
Keeping his losses at 1, Ghvamichava fought on November 8th, 2014 beating Jonathan Garcia via KO. This took his record to 13-1-1 showing quite the successful career to date. Becoming the first person to stop Jonathan Garcia, Ghvamichava beat Garcia via KO in the 2nd round of a 8 round fight. 3 wins followed for Ghvamichava including being the 4th person to stop Sergio Villanueva, 7th person to stop Cosme Rivera and 7th person to defeat Cameron Kreal.
On March 15th, 2016, Ghvamichava took on and was defeated by Sergey Lipinets meaning his career tally went to 16-2-1. Ghvamichava was beaten by Sergey Lipinets in the 5th round. The win came via KO in the 5th round. This was Ghvamichava's first stoppage defeat.
On February 2nd, 2017, Ghvamichava took on and was defeated by Yordenis Ugas meaning his career tally went to 16-3-1 Once again Ghvamichava was in a tough fight, one that proved to be a step too far in Ghvamichava's latest fight. Opponent Ugas fought well and was rewarded with a win, and crowned only the 2nd man to stop Ghvamichava in the process. The fight ended in round 2 via TKO.
