Boytsov then went on to fight and beat Jason Gavern on October 10th, 2009 maintaining his unbeaten record. Boytsov's fight against Jason Gavern came in the 7th round of a 10 round fight via KO. Boytsov became the first person to stop Gavern. Boytsov's win streak of 26 rose to 32 following 6 great wins, becoming the 3rd person to stop Darnell Wilson (Round 4 KO), 3rd person to stop Matthew Greer and 5th person to stop Kevin Montiy.
Keeping his losses at zero, Boytsov fought on June 15th, 2013 beating Oleksandr Nesterenko. Nesterenko proved to be no match for Boytsov, and Boytsov became the first person to stop Nesterenko via KO during round 3.
