Staritng his career off in tremendous fashion in March 2005, Greene became the 2nd quickest fighter to have ever stopped Curtis Mullins. The fight ended in round 2 via TKO stoppage. Greene then went on to win his next 13 fights - fighting 6 times in 2005 and 7 times in 2006 racking up wins against Craig Robinson, Edson Aguirre and Luis Hodge amongst others.
On September 15th, 2005 Greene fought and beat Craig Robinson (7-1-2) to continue his unbeaten streak. Greene was the first person to stop Craig Robinson and he did it in the 3rd round via TKO. 9 wins followed for Greene including being the 3rd person to stop Pat Coleman, first to stop Luis Hodge and 2nd person to stop Edson Aguirre.

Greene's win streak of 18 rose to 22 following 4 great wins, becoming the 2nd person to stop Joshua Okine (Round 9 TKO), 5th person to go the distance with Jose miguel Torres and 6th person to defeat Delray Raines.
On June 5th, 2010, Greene took on and was defeated by Vanes Martirosyan in his first career defeat meaning his career tally went to 22-1-0. Greene's first defeat came over the full distance against Vanes Martirosyan on June 5th, 2010. The fight went to the judges in a UD loss for Greene. Greene then went on to face William Johnson where he added another win to his tally.
Greene kept his losses at 1 by beating Nathan Bedwell on January 28th, 2012. Becoming the 5th fighter to stop Bedwell, Greene beat Bedwell via KO in the 8th round of a 8 round fight.
