On June 21st, 2013 Benitez fought and beat Walter dario Diaz (7-10-1) to continue his unbeaten streak. Benitez's fight against Walter dario Diaz came in the 4th round of a 4 round fight via TKO. Benitez became the first person to stop Diaz. Benitez's win streak of 6 rose to 8 following 2 wins against boxers such as Carlos alberto Olivera and Fernando miguel Romero.
On November 22nd, 2014, Benitez went into action again and beat Martin Severo taking the winning record to 9 wins. Severo was a worthy challenger but Benitez was too much and became the first person to stop Severo via KO during round 4.
Benitez kept his losses at 0 by beating Diego alberto Chaves on April 25th, 2015. Benitez's SD win against Diego alberto Chaves came via judges decision of a 6 round fight. Benitez became the 9th person to defeat Chaves and secured a great win.
German argentino Benitez went into his fight with Leandro Mendes pinto on May 6th, 2016 with 10 wins and he added another win to his record taking it to 11 wins by beating Mendes pinto. Leandro Mendes pinto was little match for Benitez, as Benitez became only the 9th person to defeat Mendes pinto in his most recent fight. The fight went the distance via UD decision.
