Yuki strong Kobayashi started off his pro career aged 19 and currently has a record of 8-3-0. Kobayashi now looks to build on the experience gained in his first 11 fights. He started his best winning streak on April 2011 however, this came to an end on March 2012. In this period he won a total of 4 fights.
Starting as he means to go on, Kobayashi got off to an explosive start in his debut, defeating Kazuki Hashimoto in 3 rounds and becoming the only person to have stopped Hashimoto to date. Kobayashi continued on his career with fights against boxers including Kazuki Hashimoto, Masanori Oshima and Ryo Terada. Fights included suffered a first defeat against Yuichi Arai (6-4-1), 3rd person to go the distance with Ryo Terada and first to stop Hyonsu Kim in this time.
Unfortunately, the first defeat of Kobayashi's career came against Yuichi Arai on June 30th, 2012 in Kobayashi's 5th professional fight. On June 30th, 2012, Kobayashi took on and was defeated over the distance by Yuichi Arai in his first career defeat. Kobayashi lost via UD in a valiant effort. Taking his record to 6 wins, 1 losses and 0 draws, Kobayashi then went on to win a further 2 fights.
Kobayashi's career took a knock with a loss against Kiron Omura on April 12th, 2013 taking his record to 6-2-0. Taking a huge blow to Kobayashi's confidence, Omura proved to be too much and stopped Kobayashi early, becoming the first person to defeat Kobayashi via stoppage. Unfortunately a loss followed for Kobayashi taking his record to 6 wins, 3 losses and 0 draws.
On March 30th, 2014, Kobayashi went into action again and beat Bunta Mitaka taking the winning record to 7 wins. Kobayashi really made a statement in this fight, defeating Mitaka via UD over the distance and crowning himself as the first person to defeat Mitaka in his 8 fight career to date.
Yuki strong Kobayashi went into his fight with Kengo Maruhashi on August 3rd, 2014 with 7 wins and he added another win to his record taking it to 8 wins by beating Maruhashi. Kobayashi out-boxed Maruhashi over 8 rounds in his most recent performance, taking the win via UD and moving on to bigger and better things.
