On March 21st, 2014, Nabiyev took on and was defeated by Tewa Kiram meaning his career tally went to 22-8-1. Nabiyev was beaten by Tewa Kiram in the 7th round. Nabiyev had only ever been stopped 2 times previously in his career.
Konstantin Ponomarev was next in line for Nabiyev where unfortunately, he was defeated on November 27th, 2014 taking his record to 22-9-1. Nabiyev was stopped by Konstantin Ponomarev in the 5th round of a 8 round fight via TKO. It was Nabiyev's 3rd stoppage defeat in his career. Nabiyev's winning streak went from 22 wins to 24 after he then defeated boxers including George Kadaria and Abdallah Ruwanje.
On August 16th, 2016, Nabiyev went into action again and beat Vladimir Fleishgauer taking the winning record to 25 wins. In 2016 Nabiyev fought his next opponent Vladimir Fleishgauer ending in a win for Nabiyev. In a successful fight, Nabiyev was the first person to go the distance with Fleishgauer.
Nabiyev went into his next fight against Manuel Perez on July 9th, 2017 with a career record of 25 wins. Fighting over a competitive 8 round bout, Nabiyev was outclassed in his most recent outing taking a UD loss over the distance at the hands of Perez.
