Charoen didn't take long to get comfortable in the pro game, becoming the first person to stop Kongkiat Sithrungsub (a 0 fight pro) via KO in the 2nd round. Following on from his debut, Charoen continued his mostly successful career by fighting in a further 14 fights. In this time he fought Kongkiat Sithrungsub, Kaosan Sorthanikul and Mongkolchai Sith-o to name just a few, fighting 5 times in 1994 and 9 times in 1995 in this period.
Taking the first knock of his career, Charoen fought Wangpanom Vor saktawee on December 21st, 1994 and was defeated by Vor saktawee. Charoen kept his losses at 3 by beating Ernesto Rubillar on May 26th, 2000. Charoen was the 7th person to stop Ernesto and he did it in the 8th round via KO.
Charoen's next defeat of his career came against Myung-goo Yuh on November 15th, 2014. Charoen's 28 fight experience wasn't enough to prepare him for his most recent outing, Yuh outclassed Charoen from the start and became the first to stop Charoen in round 6 of 10 via KO. Charoen looks to move on and rebuild from here.
