Kovacevic entered his next fight with a mostly successful record of 11-1-0 and took this to 12 wins with a win against Omar Siala on May 3rd, 2014 via TKO. Becoming the 10th fighter to stop Siala in his career, Kovacevic beat Siala via TKO in the 3rd round of a 12 round fight.
Pushing his career further, Kovacevic fought Achilles Szabo on September 5th, 2014 adding to his winning record. In 2014 Kovacevic fought his next opponent in Achilles Szabo. A challenging 12 round fight that ended in Kovacevic's favour as the judges awarded Kovacevic the UD victory. Kovacevic was the 8th person to defeat Szabo.
In Kovacevic's most recent fight, Rafael Chiruta was handed a beating by Kovacevic on November 29th, 2014 to ensure his win record increased further again to 14 wins. Kovacevic's win against Chiruta was only the 13th time Chiruta had been stopped. The fight finished in the 4th round of a 6 round fight via TKO.
